I became a distributor and tried one of the Ultimate Body Applicators on my abdomen (which was just a pudge). I lost a grand total of 3 inches in 45 min. After 72 hours, it was a grand total of 6 inches off of my midsection. My stretchmark's were lighter, skin was tighter, and I felt healthier.
I decided to do a blog about my weight loss and exercise regimen to help others know that it is possible without surgery!! A girl in my nursing class was in a size 16 and 22 years old (granted I was in a size 26 and 30 when I started), she decided to have her stomach stapled. To me that doesn't fix the psychological problem behind over eating, stress eating, or lack of exercise.
What I did today~ Breakfast- French toast with bananas and a homemade blueberry compote on top. Had a glass of juice with berry greens added. Lunch- Pita Pizza with turkey pepperoni and fat free cheese and tomato sauce with a side salad with a homemade citrus vinaigrette. Snack- banana with peanut butter. Exercised- Walked 2 miles, did 50 squats, and did 10 min of core work. Supper- Tilapia fish taco's with mango salsa. HINT!!! Eat what you would usually eat just change little things to make it healthier. That way you do not feel like you are missing out on anything!!
This was me at 205 lbs. I am now almost to 180. ItWorks really does WORK!!!
